The Problems

When we talk to single Christians in Raleigh, we hear the same three things.

Everyone at my church is already married.

The apps are exhausting — and almost nobody on them shares my faith.

I have friends. I just have no way to actually meet someone new.

It’s not you. It’s the room.

Think about the rooms you’re actually in. Church wasn’t built for meeting singles — it was built for worship, and the seat beside you is usually already taken. The apps weren’t built for people of faith — they were built for volume, where faith is a filter you toggle rather than the foundation you’re standing on.

Neither room is wrong. Neither one was ever made for this. So thousands of single Christians across the Triangle stay stuck between the two — waiting for a room that was.

That’s where Raleigh Christian Singles comes in.

We give you the community to meet other single Christians naturally — real gatherings, shared faith, zero swiping. Friendships come first, and the rest follows.

Meet Your Host

Hi, I’m Emilyanne.

I’ve always loved people and the stories that shape them. Between leading international trips for Christian women and hosting just about anything I can, I kept hearing the same thing from singles here at home: it’s hard to actually meet each other.

So I started Raleigh Christian Singles — a community where faith comes first, friendships happen naturally, and nobody has to swipe to find their people. Come to the next gathering and say hi. I’ll save you a seat.

Meet Your Co-Host

And I’m Jacob.

I’ve been part of church communities around Raleigh for years and somehow ended up being the guy who knows everybody. New in town, new to a church, or just tired of seeing the same three faces — odds are I know someone you should meet.

The rest of it happens over board game nights. I host them constantly, and more than a few couples have come out of them — which is exactly the point. Give people a reason to show up, keep it low-pressure, and let the rest happen on its own.
